Hi…
Just updated the openemr instance from the current dev-tip. The problem is present in google chrome only as in IE9 and Firefox 10.0.2…it is working fine… I am using Windows 7 and xampp 1.7.3

THE PROBLEM:
After logging in into the openemr, when i select patient, the active reminder pop up comes. I close the popup (using the close button) and just after closing it, the topmost frame dissapears…one that contains the logout button and patient name, DOB etc… At the bottom, there is an empty white frame…Please help…

i am attaching a screen shot here:

This is very strange, we have tested the dated reminders very thoroughly in Chrome, what version of Chrome are you using ?

I believe that Dr. Naha is having issues with clinical reminders, not the dated reminders based on his mention of pop ups. Can you confirm this bug on the development demo and provide better instructions on how to reproduce? I setup an active reminder for patient weight, received the pop up, and dismissed it without any problem using chrome.

see post 5, I think it is referring to the dated reminders.

A before screenshot would be useful for clarification.

This is the chrome version i am using: 17.0.963.79 m
This is the latest version as per Google only…I tried to reproduce the same problem in demo server…it is still there…here is the screenshot below:

For this problem in the above screenshot, please follow the following steps:

1. Log in to the development demo
2. just click on the “SHOW REMINDERS” button on the lower box
3. As soon as you click, this happens…

I dont know whats causing this…It was all fine a few days back…havent played with the chrome settngs too but I updated my repo with the latest dev tip from github.

This is the next screenshot of the development demo…which shows that after closing the active reminder pop up using the “CLOSE” button on the pop up, then the upper part of the frame containing the patient name, date of birth and encounter details dropdown menu vanishes…

Steps to reproduce this:
1. Log in to the development demo
2. Search for the patient ID 4
3. Open the demographics of the patient
4. Active reminders popup window appears
5. Just close the active reminders pop up window using the “CLOSE” button. (THE PROBLEM DOESNOT ARISE IF I CLOSE THE ACTIVE REMINDER POP UP USING THE CROSS ON THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THE WINDOW)
6. this happens as shown in the screen shot…
