Here is a portion of the conversation about what is being requested.
so if it’s an open auth, like from medicaid for psycho therapy, they can come as many times as they want for one 12 months period
so no need to track how many times it’s used, but we need to alert them when it’s a month out to renew
if it’s a units authorization, then depending on the code, they may get 400 unites
and each 15 minutes session is one unit
i can provide a document with all this information, but just so you have it in your head
we just need to be able to input diferent types through this interface

and if there are none left, when they try to schedule , it alerts them, there are no auth units left
