Hello, I am trying to change the title of a printable report. I would like to change the title “New Patient Encounter” to just “Patient Encounter”. Does anyone know which file I need to open to change that and where the file is?

Unfortunately, this doesn’t appear to be easy to change. The string “New Patient Encounter” appears in 10 files outside of the contrib/ directory. It will also appear in the database, in a column called form_name. You may be able to use the Multi Language tool to fix it up in a couple of places but I do not know if that will affect the report you are running.
