Hi all,
Would it be possible to include the printout of the HCFA-1500 in a customizable .txt file (as a batch of multiple claims) in the new release version? I’m not a programmer and hope this can be done so I can save the claims in text file and import it into PCACE software (Medicare provided this software to process and send claims via modem dial-up). Thank you.

It adds an extra button on the Billing page called “HCFA Text” and produces a straight text file instead of PDF. And it’s due to be included in the next release of OpenEMR.
Let me know if you figure out how to import the text into PcAce. I’d like to do that, but think the function is not available in the crippled version my Medicare processor provided.
