When choosing “view printable report” from the billing manager, there is missing information, such as the date of the visit, the CPT code modifiers, the POS office type, etc. Is this hardcoded and an option that can be changed. Thank you.

Yes, it’s hard- coded into the page that generates the report. But it can be customized if you or somebody you know, is proficient in php and knows OpenEMR.
