Print error in CAMOS PDF

At some point in the past (we suspect after patch 10) quotation marks in the doctors CAMOS forms began to show up in the PDF printouts as follows; (â€oe) shown enclosed in parenthesis for clarity.  The workaround for now has been to use the HTML printout which prints properly however, having a PDF is very important to us for a number of reasons.  Is there a fix for this?

Hmm, not a hot priority I’m guessing, by the absence of the usually enthusiastic response. Would anyone be interested in fixing this for a fee? We would really like to see this as a viable option for outputting reports and patient records. I suspect it isn’t that difficult to track down why quotaton marks are not properly escaped in the java or Php script. How about folks, We’re willing to ante up!(within reason of course)

If you can send me a (hipaa compliant) example of the problem I will look into it.
