Print Complete CMS 1500 and Data

Hello Friendly developers!
As always before embarking on a journey, it is good to find out if someone else has taken that journey before and willing to share their experience.

There is a request to print the entire CMS 1500 form because Amazing Charts does it and Cerner does it. Has anyone accomplished this that they would like to share with the community?

I renamed the button COMPLETE CMS 1500 PDF.
As suggested by the people using the feature.
