Print calendar only works in firefox, not chrome

We regularly print the weekly schedule from the calendar and when using the print button at top of the calendar, the dialog will pop up and then disappear and when using right click to print; the print module show a very distorted view that doesn’t print properly. I am not very knowledgeable about open source programs so any help that is ‘dumbed down’ would be greatly appreciated.

Developers used Firefox as they wrote their codes, thus it’s the preferred browser.

Neophytes will find the Wiki to be a good resource.
