Prescription Button

I’m trying to enter a prescription for a patient but I can’t seem to find the button for it in the patient data page. I tried looking online but all the tutorials are for version 4.1. I’m currently using 4.1.2. Can anybody direct me to the prescription button please?

bottom right of main patient page

you may want to uncheck the bot checkbox above calendar in left nav to see it easier
