How do i configure my domain name to point to my EMR server. I know the DNS side of things, but is there anything locally on the server that I need to do to configure the site. I know with IIS there is, but I am not too familiar with XAMPP. Thanks.

hey,
shouldn’t be any special settings in openemr or xammp. Just need to have your firewall opened so the internet can get to you. Some advice, though, if your gonna put OpenEMR on the internet, then protect your server with client certificates (google this), so only select users can then get to your OpenEMR site. OpenEMR is not even close to being secure enough to open it, without certificates, to the internet.
