Current database structure (procedure_report) does not support cases where patient_data details differ from (at minimum) :
PID[05] - Patient name
PID[07] - Patient dob
From legal as well as process perspective it is important to catch errors in manual and/or automatic patient matching.
Does community have any opinion if this information should be captured and displayed?
We currently display this information on lab results only if load process has flagged as different from patient_data.
