Can you update the download pages/links to provide the information that the base download without at least patch 11 is incompatible with PHP 5.4.x? This seems to be a recurring question/issue and needs prominence.

Just placed this in the pertinent installation instructions. Also note this version of WAMP (if on windows) should also suffer from the audit bug, which can only be fixed by turning off the audit engine or using the development 4.1.1 version (should released the production version of this in a month or so):
