Here’s some documentation for a feature to remind of appt, but not sure if it works:

Note the Reminders (for clinical reminders, not appt) has a email reminder function built in and maybe a voice calling function (Tony from MI^2 would know more about this feature, since I think they plan on offering it in the future).
Nothing I know about for outstanding bills.
So, would require some coding to get what you want.
