1. Payment Category
   Comment the lines related to payment category in the file interface/billing/payment_master.inc.php
   (Approx. Line numbers from 252-262)
2. Payment
   Remove the lines which describes the Payment option in the file interface/main/tabs/menu/menu_data.php
   (Approx. Line number - 49)
