Hi , When I created a patient and set an order for him ,after the order is executed by the Lab, I see the patient’s CCD document, I find that there is no significant information about the name and date of the test results. I think Source is related to the encryption key.

Same suggestion as before, use 4.1.2 without patching.

Source is Sha-1 Hash.

Right click on the frame in your attachment & display in another tab. Path to relevant .php file should be in URL bar.
