Patient Self Account Registration Portal

I installed OpenEMR on my Local Server and WAMP is using as Web Server. OpenEMR is working fine but when i try to Account Registration using patient Self Registration, I give fname, llname, DOB, Email and then I clink on Verify Email Then below error appear :

I think this due to localhost (www.medtivist.com). Please help me how i can solve this problem, Please help me its urgent for Hospital. Waiting for your kind reply.
