Patient Portal URL for critical information

Hello

I would like to have a url to show some information about the patient, like medictions, allergies, and few others. No address, phone number or sensitive information.

But I would like this url to be access for everyone with no password.

Is that possible?

Even if the practice is outside of the US & there are no concerns about HIPAA compliance, it’s still a very bad idea to permit unfettered access to OpenEMR.
