I was trying to run a report for a specific patient and a specific Facility and a specific provider. The report comes back empty.
Anyone knows why this is happening?
Also from within the patient chart when selecting the patient ledger. It does not show the facility that the patient went to. It only showed the first facility in the list of a facility or better yet the first one that was entered into the facility table.
The practice has a dozen facilities and wonders why the patient ledger does not reflect the facility in the encounter?
