Patient journal security issue

Hi. I have a problem. In sweden (where I live) the law says that that if changes are made to a patient journal, the old version shall not be erased and you must be able to see that changes are made to the journal, and wich user that made the changes. Is this possible to arrange in Open EMR?

That would require enhancement of the software.  In a few places such as history there is already some database support for it.
