Patient info not syncing in Patient Banner

using version 7.0.2

I am now able to create a new patient again, but none of the patient info is appearing in the patient banner at the top of the page. How do I sync this info?

Contents of your system’s web server error log might provide some clues here.

Usually “/var/log/apache2/error./log” , if you’re on a normal linux host, but will be elsewhere if you’re using XAMPP or a modified setup.
