Hello there.
Tthere seems to be an issue with the current HEAD regarding saving Patient History.
I manually edited history_full.php because the “Save” button was redirect to the parent directory, and replaced <a href=""> with <a href=“history_save.php”> and the General tab worked fine. However, when I went to the Lifestyle tab to enter information, the patient history was completely blank. I assume this is a data base issue.

hey,
Try this out now; we had a bug last couple days that caused problems throughout OpenEMR. It should now work. The demo will get the updated code tomorrow am.
