In the patient file there are the links for

History | Report | Documents | Transactions | Issues | Ledger | External Data

I noticed that the link for Publish is controlled by the $GLOBALS[‘fhir_enable’] global

Wouldn’t it be better if all the links would be customized by a list or by permissions ?

Publish is somewhat temporary. Plan is to add allow auto publish somewhere and have a dashboard in main menu to manage FHIR.
