Patient feedback or review system

Hello all,

I did a lot of searching but couldn’t find a feature I am looking for. Is there a option/module to collect patient feedback either after login or anonymously? Ideal scenario would be to have a feedback system in all stages, like feedback of pharmacy, feedback of lab etc., This will help us administrators to continuously monitor the areas that need improvement.

That is outside the scope of OpenEMR if you want something like that there a tons of services/widgets out there that can do this some are even free.
