Patient Balance missing credit now

Hi,

I wrote about this in a different thread but did not get a response so I am writing it as a separate thread hoping to get some attention.

I was told by the billing person Donna that the patient balance no longer showed credits. In 4.1.1 (11), the credit was showing but when I applied patch 12 the credit went away from the EOB form and the patient balance. I am not an expert on the accounting section yet. This was working and got broken in the quest to fix the patient balance. Could this get some attention and fixed? I am currently working in 4.1.2 and the same thing is happening, no credit is showing where there should be a credit.
