Patient Balance is missing from Record Payment

This one as well , before on record payment it would show total charge-patient payment (regardless whether if it is co-pay, pre-payment or patient payment)-Insurance payment then on the end it will show the outstanding balance.

Now the biller has to go first to the patient ledger to make sure there’s no outstanding balance left or manually add or deduct the bill and/or payments.

Can this be fixed, please? This seems to be a database issue and not a code issue. The 5.0.1 and the 5.0.0.3 code responds the same. When pointed at the same database.

I had someone point out that the data is shifted to the left one column off.

Trying to figure out why.
