Patch Question

nursejeff wrote on Saturday, February 16, 2013:

This is odd.   Can someone tell me if I did anything wrong?

I followed the directions to download and install 4-1-1-patch-10.  All looks good.

This instruction sheet said to unzip 4-1-1-patch-9.zip, which is confusing because I thought this was patch 10 not 9.  Then when I did all this and opened the sql_patch.php it stated patch 7.

Now my login says:  v4.1.1(7).

So did I install 10 correctly or not.  It does not appear so.  What did I do wrong?  Any clue?

Thanks

I figured it out.  I was extracting the patch in the HTML folder thinking it was the openemr web directory.

Thanks anyway everybody.  Amateur linux user updating and maintaining openemr in my own office.

I still love my system.  Thanks everyone for their passion to make this work.

Hi Jeff,

The wiki page should state to unzip 4-1-1-patch-10.zip, but I forgot to change that. Thanks for reporting this; I just fixed this on the wiki page.

Since upgrading to version 10, there has been an unwelcome change on the fee sheet.

Previously, I did not have the drop down function to choose ICD-9, CPT and HCPCS code.  I previously had chooses to check instead of the dropdown box.  The previous version was easier - less clicks.

Can someone tell me how to get the click version back.

Hi Jeff,

The problem was that when I changed these items to their viewable titles (rather than code ids), they became too big to place on one line. How is this(I placed a size on the drop-down to show them all when less than 5 code set items, so should again be one click):

Hi Jeff,
Committed above to sourceforge and will place it in the next 4.1.1 patch (which should be very soon).
