Paediatric clinics - new global?

I’ve noticed that there are certain changes that take place in the forms if you are a weight loss clinic or a sports team etc. Would it be possible to add a paediatric clinic to this.

The rationale behind this is that demographics and vitals are slightly different for paediatric patients than for adult patients. For paediatrics you would want their name and their parent or guardians name, a form for details of birth history, and in vitals you would want to see what growth percentiles they are on.

Are this big enough differences to warrant a change in the global, or is there another way to make these changes?

To change the demographics form in this way might call for a special “globals” flag, but it may be more generally useful for the form to ask for different information based on the patient’s age instead.  Some clinics will have one or more pediatricians without being exclusively pediatric.

Birth history details and pediatric vitals should probably just be new encounter forms.
