Hi All,
On using OpenEMR with prescriptions and feesheet functionality, the items prescribed within prescription and the cost related to the prescriptions does not get included in the feesheet.
The feesheet in OpenEMR, holds seperate options to dispense inventory products to the patients, but this does not get tracked with the inventory records on how the drug is despensed.
The drug that is dispensed through prescriptions and its relevant cost does not come under the Feesheet.
Question:
Is there an option to make the items added in prescription to get reflected in the feesheet along with product name prescribed units and cost.
To be more clear:
If the physician prescribes the medicines using the prescription form, the medicine, the total units and cost of the medicine should reflect in patient feesheet automatically along with the other procedures that are already added in the feesheet.
I’m looking for this functionality, such that the biller who is common in collecting cash for both procedures and inventory items, could have a single view on the billed procedures and pharmacy items that is billed for the patient.
Looking forward for views on this…
