if you have to send to availity with the insurance information in the 1000B loop then will need the Generate X-12 Based On Insurance Company global turned on and then some code changes to add the insurance info into the gen_x12_837_tr3 function or some custom code changes to the old function that is based on availity’s peculiar requirement.
