OpenEMR slow to function

Hello
I recently installed OpenEMR on my laptop of Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, Intel Core i5 - 2.5 Ghz 8GB RAM. I could install the software properly and is also running. But as I was checking the training videos, I realize that the software on my system is running slow. Every process is taking time to execute.
Whereas in the training videos, I notice that the software runs well.

Could you kindly tell me the reason? How do I make the software run fast?

I would double check that you have the correct php.ini settings.
