OpenEMR on Win2008r2 installed, no code types

I have OpenEMR installed on Windows 2008r2 server. Deploying this to a clinic in Haiti next week. So grateful to have some open source software we could use for this purpose. I see that the icd9 codes are not populated in the interface. I have looked through the forums and see a tool for ‘linux’? that will import the codes. Is there any way for me to get these populated into my windows installation?

There is a ICD9 sql file located in the openemr/sql directory that you can import easy.  As to linux, the code for import for the web is written in Perl which works very well on Windows too.
