OpenEMR Officeally HCFA1500 uploading

We are using OEMR v 3.1 on WinXp; patient Demographics, Employer name, populate into box 11c, which is insurance plan name or program name, in the HCFA when uploading to OfficeAlly, instead of 11b, which is the employer’s name or school name.

is there a way to fix it?

Could you please double check it? We tested for the same in winXP (Xampp) and it works fine.
