I am trying to reinstall openEMR 5.0.1 on my laptop running Manjaro GNOME. I am trying to test the restore function before I upgrade to higher version.
As described in various fora, I just could not create a new user named ‘openemr’ again. Ultimately I used the DROP USER command in MySQL to get rid of this. I am now able to create a new database called OpenEMR. However the setup fails while trying to configure access controls (GACL). I have started from scratch again and again without success. What am I missing??
