OpenEMR : How to prevent users to see patients outside their clinic?

OpenEMR : For privacy reasons, it would be very useful to restrict doctors from seeing and editing other doctors’s patients. how it will possible?

At now all user can see all patients list.

I am using openemr ver : 5.0.0
