OpenEMR configuring outbound ports - AWS

I would like to lockdown outbound ports in AWS. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You’re going to be looking at the EC2 security groups. Most people are more concerned with inbound connections, but outbound traffic can be similarly filtered.

I have already configured my inbound for 80(for redirect 443) and 443. Didn’t know if there were any outbound rules I need.
