Its a real nice Hospital/patient management tool. ICD10 based, ICD9 requires a manual adjustment. What it doesn’t do well is billing, it seems to be geared to social medicine environments.

If the primary need is just billing, I’d suggest waiting to see what FreeB2 looks like. Reports are at it will be out as a standalone package in a few days.
