OpenEMR Api documentation - Where is the latest?

Hi,

Where can i find the latest detail documentation on OpenEMR APIs? We are trying develop front-ends for medical professionals who are not IT Savvy. I tried many of the post and the links i tried ended in 404s , perhaps outdated.
