Openemr and xampp

openemr does not seem to be compatible with the recent release of xampp 1.7.7.
lotta changes in the latter, new versions of mysql and phpmyadmin.

There have been reported issues with XAMPP 1.7.4 and above not working with OpenEMR. Recommend using 1.7.3; note we just released the OpenEMR 4.1 XAMPP/OpenEMR package today, which uses XAMPP 1.7.3 with OpenEMR already installed/configured:
