Is eclipse the accepted development platform? Is there any documentation for setting up OER in Eclipse? Is there a developer acceptance process? The anonymous and or known cvs checkout returns a connection refused, is this a misconfiguration on my part?

Hi Pete,
I believe one or two developers are using Eclipse. Personally, I use ViM and other command line tools.
There is a developer acceptance process handled primarily by Rod Roark. Contact him for more information.
As for the CVS error, it might have been a temporary error on Sourceforge. Try again and let us know if you have more trouble.
