OpenEMR 8.3 – Site ID Configuration Issue Causing Errors After Pill Pals Module Installation

Hi everyone, @juggernautsei @brady.miller

I am working with OpenEMR 8.3 and I am facing an issue related to the site ID.

I have configured the site ID properly, but I am still getting an error that seems to be related to the site ID configuration.

I also downloaded the Pill Pals integration/module from GitHub and added it to my OpenEMR installation. However, even after removing the Pill Pals module, I am still getting the same error.

Could someone please help me identify the root cause and guide me on how to resolve this issue correctly?

I can provide the exact error message, log details, configuration, and screenshots if needed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@maryabisha The module was built before v8.3. The modules infrastructure need to be updated to work in latest release.

Does the current Pill Pals module work with OpenEMR versions before 8.3? If so, which OpenEMR version do you recommend for this module?

No, it does not work with v8.x. You can use any v7.x version. We were waiting until we had enough interest in the module before investing any more time into it.

Because of your interest, we are going to make a new release that will work with the v8.x. We should have a release ready in 2 or 3 weeks. I will post back here when the release is live on Packagist.

status of
last working with PHP version
or last known working with openEMR version

@nefesh once I have released all of our modules then I will work on creating a list in the hidden page

It is just more work for me besides my full time OpenEMR job.
