Hello Everyone,
I’m trying to use OpenEMR 5.0.2 on our Domain,
Use Active Directory (CheckBox)
Active Directory - Suffix Of Account: @…
Active Directory - Domains Base: OU=…,DC=…,DC=… .
Active Directory - Domains Controllers: 192.168.xxx.xxx .
after saving setting the login page appear, if i use any credential the below error appear
i need your assistance to solve this issue if its possible.
Note: how Active Directory can retrieve users from AD without AD credentials?

problem solved it was an Apache server issue,
but still i have an issue bind Ldap issue
