Dear users and developers. Currently we are implementing OpenEMR 4.0 in a small hospital in Kampala, Uganda. We are two Dutch students and have to train 40p staff to work with it in only tree months. At the hospital there is no internet. So configuring the server and its dependencies took days with a 10kb per second internet connection.

Besides this we are no professionals in changing an tailoring the data base. Therefor we call on you. The following problem is very important to resolve:

in the reporting section there is the possibility to compare and report variables. We would like to add some in pma_bookmarks. But they dont seem to work. Maybe, some of you already made this for your own hospital, we want to add some basic features such as:

Total issues by icd9 code (the codes wich we had to download with a stable connection (HELL)
Appointments by Sexe
Appointments by Date (from - to)

and maybe some suggestions. If anybody can export this library and send it to me, we would be very gratefull

thanks in advance.

p.s. other reporting suggestions and features in 4.0 are very welcome. It has to be comprehensive because most of the staff is very limited in computer skills

Hi,

You can add the label and corresponding queries to the table pma_bookmark manually. The newly added label will be listed in Reports dropdown. If you want dynamic variables in the query, you need to use %% which represents the variable value provided. Please refer the same table for more info regarding dynamic variables.

Thanks,
