For our needs we will shed the ‘retro’ look of ‘Open Flash Chart’ with something/anything that renders in tune with the display device. Current library was last updated 4-5 years ago.
Just checking if there are there any plans to replace this library used in vitals?

Please do. Will be nice to get away from flash. Also note the LBF stuff plugs into this, so would be nice to deal with it there also. If so, then could completely yank the open flash chart library.
