Hi guys, anyone had similar situation in OpenEMR 4.2.2 billing tab disappeared? I am new to open EMR system. Any help is greatly appreciated.
hi @jlisportschiro, might be permissions related. Is the user set up for accounting under Admin->Users and does the group have access in Admin->Acl?
I checked the setting and changed admin with permission of accounting still no change.
hi @jlisportschiro, could you share a screenshot of what you’re looking at? Maybe you’re talking about the billing widget under the patient summary?
sorry for the delayed response, unchecked the simplified demographic option and billing tab came back up. thanks for your time and help!
