Onsite patient Portal not working

Hello,
Trying to login with a proper patient username and password into the onsite patient portal gives a white page.

PHP error log says this-
[13-Aug-2016 11:19:04 Asia/Kolkata] PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/adodb/adodb-php/adodb.inc.php’ (include_path=’.;\xampp\php\PEAR’) in C:\xampp\htdocs\openemr\library\sql.inc on line 24

I am testing this on development version 4.3.1 and i am on windows
