Looking for current certification status…is there any work being done in this direction by anyone?

Did you have any specific questions or areas of concern? The clinical decision rule engine is nice but has a few annoying bugs that prevent immunization reminders from clearing without rule editing. I would say that that the MU support of this system is a little rough around the edges (for example, MU reports will list patients who meet or do not meet criteria but don’t report the variable in question). For electronic prescribing, I use MDTOOLBOX to maintain the patient medication lists, e-prescribing, etc. I know there are e-prescribing integrations possible, but I have not figured out how to get an affordable option to work. Lab integration with Quest is still something I am trying to figure out. Electronic ordering of imaging for me is still a relatively manual process (“printing” an order to a pdf and faxing it).
