Offsite Portal Bugs

arnabnaha wrote on Tuesday, March 22, 2016:

Hello,

There are many issues in the offsite portal as noticed by patients and reported back to our clinic.

  1. After Logging in, Go to Profile - it only shows the insurance details to be changed and the whole patient demographics is not there.

  2. In Appointments, Under Facility - our facility is not shown - it gives a blank drop down list - so appointments cant be fixed

  3. Under Med Records - My Encounters and Forms, shows none of the encounters of the patient. It simply doesnt list anything.

Please fix these issues so that patients can utilise these services.

Thanks and Regards

Dr. Arnab Naha

Thank you for reporting. Can you open a bug here https://sourceforge.net/p/openemr/bugs/ ?

Most of the offsite portal code is on servers provided by ZHH and not part of the OpenEMR code. I don’t know if ZHH looks at the openemr/bugs/

It can’t hurt to put it there…

High on my list of things to get funded is a fully functional (and MU2 compliant) protal that is fully coded within OpenEMR. Rod got a good start at that with the WordPress based one (CMS Portal) but more work (and styling) is needed.

If these bugs should be addressed to ZHH , would it make sense to report a bug here and then assign to ZHH.

ZH responded in the past to correct problems.

They are presently very busy, thus unlikely to respond here nor in bugs.

Would suggest that Arnab try to contact them directly from their website.

If they have a spare moment, they generally would fix the specific portal.

Hi All,
We are currently working on this issue and we have already informed Arnab
about this. And we can fix these issues ASAP.
Tony,
We are always trying to correct/fix Openemr bugs. Now our resources are
mainly working on OpenEMR MU2 certification, which we have already
communicated to you.

I am sorry for late reply…I did contact ZH directly and Mr. Vinish from ZH is looking at the issue. After it gets fixed, I will post it back here.

Thanks and Regards

The fix for the offsite portal has been done by ZH Healthcare. I have tested it on my windows server and it works fine. The issue was mainly for the windows side. Thanks ZH for the awesome fix. Here is the commit
