Office Ally Integration - Form Type & Reports

I am trying to set my account with Office Ally, I reached out to support to enable SFTP they asked be few question, I am not sure what to say for these questions?

  • Form Type Submitted (HCFA/UB/ADA):
  • Enable 227 and 999 Reports?

  1. Send a request to Office Ally requesting SFTP.
  2. Filled few questions:

  • Contact Name:
  • Contact Email:
  • Software Name: openEMR
  • Form Type Submitted (HCFA/UB/ADA): HCFA
  • Enable 227 and 999 Reports? Yes.
  1. I got an email with the password. Used OA username for SFTP

Filename keywords are required when submitting multiple form types (HCFA/UB/ADA)
o Professional (HCFA) keyword: β€œ837P”
o Institutional (UB) keyword: β€œ837I”
o Dental (ADA) keyword: β€œ837D”
