I am trying to set my account with Office Ally, I reached out to support to enable SFTP they asked be few question, I am not sure what to say for these questions?
- Form Type Submitted (HCFA/UB/ADA):
- Enable 227 and 999 Reports?

- Contact Name:
- Contact Email:
- Software Name: openEMR
- Form Type Submitted (HCFA/UB/ADA): HCFA
- Enable 227 and 999 Reports? Yes.
- I got an email with the password. Used OA username for SFTP
