OEMR Weekly Ad Hoc Teleconference

Hello,
I am probably going to miss tomorrow’s call but I wanted to get a status to the team on the ICD10 stuff. I have been quite interested in the documentation and style/UI threads evolving and have taken the spirit of those discussions into account for the reworking of the data loads code as it is pretty small and has a fairly small number of moving parts (as opposed to the patient encounter workflow beast). I have focused on jquery as the toolset and making the code more component based. I hope to be posting to the hub soon.

As far as Nelson and the MBA dudes, totally speaking for myself here, I am pretty busy and not all the time invested in the project is compensated (ok -  stop laughing now everyone especially Brady). Here is my take on it - I think the MBA project builds out some threads and they study the rest of the threads and post comments/interrogatories to our existing threads. If any of us, feel like chiming in (as some of us have the tendency to do  then the academic discussion flourishes. Not sure how much time I’ll devote to it but I think its a great idea - we need to do something like the Google Summer of Code (I think they call it) and, you never know, the weekly call might morph into a scrum someday

Hi Mac,

Sounds great and looking forward to seeing the ICD10 code. Speaking of Google of Code 2013…:
