you are right, I talk with the company which host the opnemr, and it say:
We upgraded PHP from an older version of 5.3 to the latest version which shouldn’t have caused any issues.
Error messages were accidentally disabled a while ago and they were re-enabled when we upgraded PHP which is what you are probably seeing. In other words, the errors were probably always there but since we had the error messages disabled you wouldn’t have seen them. I have disabled the messages for your account and everything should be OK.
